Preparing for College

Your time at the college will be an incredibly exciting chapter in your life! It’s where you’ll make amazing new friends, focus on a singular vocation and pave your path to either university or employment.

We appreciate that our new starters want to make the best first impression and hit the ground running from day one. Due to this, we’ll be sharing resources, tips and advice for all learners who want to get a head start on college life.

This includes information on introductory sessions and helpful websites related to your course. Depending on your subject area you’ll also be able to complete some pre-enrolment learning.

These activity packs can be very useful for getting to grips with your new subject ahead of your start date. It’s a great way to develop your knowledge and there’s no reason to worry if you get stuck because our friendly tutors will be able to support you with it when you officially begin your course.
