The health and wellbeing of our staff is extremely important to us. We have a dedicated Health and Wellbeing group who champion all aspects of our health and wellbeing strategy and delivery, an onsite Occupational Health Adviser, free 24-hour counselling helpline and financial wellbeing support available for all staff.
Managers are trained and supported in dealing with health and wellbeing issues and we have Mental Health First Aiders based across the College. We also partner with Able Futures for additional mental health support.

We want staff to enjoy a good work/life balance and so have flexible working policies which reflect that.
All staff are welcome to use our free onsite gym or join a free exercise class, we have an annual health and wellbeing day for all staff teams to enjoy and regularly organise college-wide fitness challenges and social events as well as raising much needed funds for our Charity of the Year.
