At Hopwood Hall College & University Centre we are committed to the professional development of all staff with a culture that actively encourages continuous learning. We invest £80k per annum in training and development to ensure that all staff are competent, motivated and have opportunities to develop in their role. All staff are supported in undertaking Continuous Professional Development (CPD) that is relevant to their role.
