Studying Counselling Courses will empower you to develop an understanding of the science and theory underpinning emotional welfare development. More and more of us are understanding how critical it is to take up the opportunities to work on our mental health and nurture our personal relationships.
Our short taster course will give you an introductory of using counselling skills and an introduction to counselling skills theories.
This course is FREE given that the following eligibility is met:
• You live within the Greater Manchester area
• You have lived in the UK/EU/EEA for the past 3 years now and/or have a settled status
• Asylum Seekers must have been in the country for the past 6 months before they are eligible to do this course
Note: If you enrol on further study you may be asked to provide proof of income or benefit.
This course is taught at our Middleton campus, located in Middleton, Greater Manchester.

A work placement may be required for your course. If this is the case, the College will support you in completing a DBS application.
