Hopwood Hall College employs approximately 600 staff in both teaching and learning and support services. Staff are based at either our Middleton or Rochdale campus.

Kitchen Assistant
We are currently recruiting for the position of kitchen assistant in our fast-paced bistro. We are looking for a hardworking and energetic individual to join our friendly team. As a kitchen assistant, you will be a vital part of the food operation, keeping our kitchen running smoothly, assisting the chefs with food preparation, cleaning, and covering service during the busy lunchtime period. Senior Systems Officer
We are looking to recruit a Senior Systems Officer to administer and develop the College's business systems, databases and processes. Working with the MIS and Exams Manager and MIS team, you will be responsible for the analysis, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of the MIS IT systems in use across the college. You will need to be flexible in your approach and have enthusiasm for supporting and improving data and information systems and can prioritise workload effectively. You will also enjoy problem solving, be self-motivated and work well as part of a team to deliver development projects to a high standard. You will be expected to have experience of student record systems or equivalent, complex database management skills and strong SQL and/or programming skills. Closing Date: 16th April 2023
Behaviour Support Assistant (x2 positions)
We are expanding our Behaviour Support Team in order to further improve educational outcomes for students who may be struggling with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Working within the Safeguarding and Wellbeing team you will have a passion for making a difference and improving the lives of young people. In this his challenging but rewarding role you will work alongside teaching staff in the classroom environment, with groups of students encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in all areas of their study program and college life. Retention and Improvement Officer (Part Time)
Hopwood Hall College are looking at appoint a Retention Improvement Officer to be an integral part of both the Student Support and Curriculum Management teams in proactively supporting the achievement of high levels of attendance from students and taking immediate action to deal with absence. To monitor attendance data and follow up with students / parents / carers to check the reasons for absence and to encourage improved attendance where needed. Closing Date: 5th April 2022

We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic Senior Gym Instructor and Team Leader to assist in ensuring all our services and sports facilities can function effectively and safely for both College and community usage.
