Steve Taylor

Steve is currently the Managing Director/Chief Officer for Bury and Rochdale Hospitals – Pennine Acute Trust having worked in Healthcare for over 30 years in both clinical and managerial positions and remains very committed to health and social care improvements in the borough of Rochdale. He attended Rochdale College for two years as a student before starting his career in healthcare.

Steve was appointed as an Independent Member of the Corporation Board on 25 February 2016 initially for a one-year term of office which was renewed for a further two years on 2 March 2017 until 31 August 2019.

His ambition for the College is for it to develop further the links with local employers that provide learners within Rochdale with education that leads to employment.
