Level 3 Certificate in Beauty Therapy - Part Time
This qualification will be delivered over one evening per week and each session will be 3 hours long over 26 weeks.
The course aim is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to carry out beauty therapy services to a professional standard. Theory will be delivered alongside practical training and will cover the anatomy and physiology of the skin, nail, blood and lymph supply as well as bones and muscles.
We have two, brand new state of the art salons which includes all up to date and industry standard equipment and facilities to take your learning to the next level.
Exact start dates during the Autumn term to be confirmed, however places fill quickly so early applications are encouraged.

Entry Requirements
This course requires you to have a minimum of Level 2 ESOL English or GCSE grade 4 in English and a relevant level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy.

The course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills in:
- Microdermabrasion
- Body Massage
- Hot Stones
- Indian Head Massage Techniques
Work Experience
Work experience is not mandatory, but a placement in a beauty salon would support your learning and help to improve skills and confidence.
Progression
Upon completion of this course, you have the option to progress onto further training or find employment as a Beauty Therapist.
