Health & Social Care Employer Forum

29Aug
10:00am - 12:00pm
Middleton Campus

A chance to shape future skills, influence our curriculum, and strengthen your talent pipeline.

Join us for an exclusive employer forum focused on the challenges and emerging opportunities in the Health & Social Care sector. This is your chance to collaborate with fellow healthcare leaders, explore innovative workforce strategies, and build meaningful partnerships that drive real impact.

As part of our commitment to supporting the sector, we’ve recently made a major investment in our healthcare training facilities. Our Middleton Campus is now home to a state-of-the-art simulated hospital ward, equipped with hyper-realistic Juno manikins that mimic real life patient symptoms and behaviours – from eye movements to changes in breathing patterns and more.

These cutting-edge resources allow our learners to train in a realistic clinical environment, helping to ensure they develop the hands-on skills and confidence today’s healthcare employers are looking for.

Expect:

  • Health & Social Care training pathways and delivery models.
  • Advice on different strategies to grow your talent pipeline.
  • Encouraging and attracting more talent into the sector.
  • Funding opportunities.
  • Lively roundtable discussion on the sector’s hot topics and industry trends.
  • The opportunity to tour Hopwood’s brand new hospital ward & healthcare facilities.
  • Have your say!
