Assessing Vocational Achievement - Level 3 Certificate

The Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Achievement is for practitioners who assess knowledge and/or skills in vocationally-related subject areas who use the following assessment methods: assessments in simulated environments, skills tests, oral and written questions, assignments, projects and case studies. This may take place in training workshops, classrooms or other learning environments.

The cost of the course is £775. This course runs for 22 weeks, 3 hours per week on a Wednesday 1-4pm. The course begins week commencing 5th September 2022.

The modules included are:

Understanding the principles and practices of assessment

Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding

The course will include two taught sessions, individual one to ones and the opportunity to attend drop in sessions.

Evidence required for the portfolio is:

Assessment plans, observations, feedback and written assignments
