Entry Level Extended Certificate in Vocational Studies Art, Design & Media
If you have always wanted a career in the creative arts then this course is perfect for you. The department has a wealth of expertise in the creative fields with professional Artists, film makers and games designers within the team. Our facilities are excellent and give learners a wide range of opportunities to explore their creative side - work is a mixture of practical and theory-based training.
The course has been designed primarily for post-16 learners who wish to achieve a Level Entry 3 qualification in preparation for future study in the context of Art, Design and Media. The purpose of this BTEC Entry to Vocational Study qualification is to support learners’ skill development in preparation for higher-level learning and progression into level 1 vocational studies.

Working towards a minimum GCSE Grade 1 in English and Maths
