Our Ethos, Vision & Values

Our Ethos, Values and Mission are at the heart of everything we do at the college.

We live our values with clarity, courage and as one team, making principled decisions in the service of learners, staff, employers and the wider community.
We always do the right thing.

• Accountability underpins our leadership.
• Integrity guides our choices.
• Ambition drives our expectations.
• Inclusion shapes our actions.
• Belonging and enjoyment fuel our culture.
