Our timetable is full of activities and classes to make sure you are hitting your goals. Whether you are just starting your fitness plan or looking for a challenge, we can help fill your schedule with the right exercises and classes. TYPES OF CLASSES

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Helps improve your endurance, stamina and muscular strength. An excellent class that delivers fitness fast!

META-FIT BODYWEIGHT TRAINING

The 30 minute class that lasts 24 hours. Burn calories as you sleep with this very high energy fitness blast, if you are on a tight schedule this class is just the ticket.

MEMBERS 5-A-SIDE

All members are welcome to take part, all abilities and ages welcome, play football totally free of charge, it is an excellent way to keep fit alongside your workouts. Runs twice weekly.

SPIN

A fun and lively class. Involves a single instructor at the front of the class who leads the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors.

YOGA

A great newcomer workout, excellent in improving circulation, flexibility and posture a fantastic stress reliever.

METABOLIC ACCELERATOR

Causes increased BMR! • Burn Fat all day even at Rest

LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

LBT (legs, bums, tums) does exactly what it says on the tin. Hit all the trouble spots in this fun, fab class and get the body you’ve always wanted.

STUDIO RESISTANCE

High intensity workout. The class covers working with weights using dumbbells and bar bells in a group exercise format.

GROUP PT CLASS

Works all areas of the body, this class takes place in our Personal Training Studio where you can use equipment such as the boxing bag, battle ropes and power bags. Each instructor will have their own style of training making classes fresh and enjoyable.

HIIT CLASS

This is a High Intensity Interval Class which consists of numerous exercises working all muscles groups whilst also targeting the cardiovascular system which improves performance and endurance. Exercises will be in intervals so work and rest ratios will vary depending on the format of the class.
