Cake Decoration Module 2: Producing and Icing Celebration Cakes

Taster Course Description

Ever wanted to produce that perfect Birthday or celebration cake? This short Taster Course gives you the opportunity to do just that - working alongside our experienced Tutors either virtually or face to face you will learn the tricks and tips of making an exceptional sponge, ganache and decoration techniques to inspire you to progress to a part time Level 2 Pastry course next year.

This course is FREE given that the following eligibility is met:

• You live within the Greater Manchester area
• You have lived in the UK/EU/EEA for the past 3 years now and/or have a settled status
• Asylum Seekers must have been in the country for the past 6 months before they are eligible to do this course

Note: If you enrol on further study you may be asked to provide proof of income or benefit
