Our Sector Based Work Academy is a free, complete service recruitment solution that allows your business to hire staff against specific business needs.

Our Work and Skills team work with local people aged 19+ who are currently out of work and can provide pre-employment training tailored to your business needs.

We will then provide you with a candidate shortlist that can make an immediate impact in the workplace.

Our team will screen all candidates during a pre-employment training scheme that is tailored to your business needs. Courses can be as short as three to five days or as long as two weeks and delivered by industry-experienced tutors.

All of programmes can be delivered on-site with an employer or in a preferred location.

The service is entirely FREE. We ask for a guaranteed interview for those who complete training and interview feedback for unsuccessful candidates.
