Apprenticeships
AI Leadership - Adoption, Procurement & Governance

Lead AI with confidence. Shape better decisions. This AI Leadership apprenticeship unit is designed for people already influencing decisions about AI in their organisation, or ready to step into that role.

This short, flexible training course is designed to help employees build in-demand skills quickly and help employers respond to critical skills gaps with confidence.

If you’re aged 19 or over and currently employed, these units give you the opportunity to develop new knowledge and practical skills that are directly relevant to your job. They’re ideal when your employer needs your skills to grow fast, adapt to change, or improve productivity.

Each unit is designed with employers, based on nationally recognised occupational standards. That means the training is high‑quality, targeted, and focused on the skills businesses truly need, not generic learning.

Why suggest an Apprenticeship Unit to your employer?

  • Short and flexible – training typically lasts 30 to 140 hours, delivered over 1 to 16 weeks

  • Fits around work – learning can be designed to suit business needs and working patterns

  • Practical and relevant – focused on real skills that make an immediate impact in your role

  • Supports career progression – build confidence, capability, and future opportunities

  • Boosts business performance – helps employers respond quickly to skills shortages and drive growth

Start the conversation. If you can see a skills gap in your role or your team, an Apprenticeship Unit could be the fast, flexible solution your employer is looking for.
