We’re thrilled to be working in partnership with the Primary Care Academy to offer a six-week Skills Bootcamp in Allied Primary Care Occupations. It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone who’s ready to seize the opportunity and start an exciting new career in Primary Care occupations, including healthcare professional, dental nurse or pharmacy assistant,

If you’re aged 19+ and looking to gain the skills that will allow you to make an exciting new start, then our bootcamp is the perfect way to start making waves in your chosen industry.

The Skills Bootcamp will look different depending on your preferred profession. However, each route will feature an induction as well as a four-week work placement and will aid you in gaining a mixture of employability and life skills so that you can confidently enter the job market.

The Skills Bootcamp is free if you meet the following criteria:

  • Are aged 19+
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Live in the north west
  • Are unemployed

In addition to the bootcamp being fully-funded, you’ll also receive support such as:

  • Travel passes
  • Lunch vouchers
  • Help with childcare costs

This is to help remove any financial barriers from you reaching your potential and boosting your employability.

START DATE

The first Skills Bootcamp is due to begin on Monday 3rd July. We would urge anyone interested in being part of this cohort to act quickly to secure your place as soon as possible.

Delivery locations

The Skills Bootcamp may be delivered in Rochdale, Middleton or Central Manchester locations. The bootcamp location will be dependent on available vacancies that are the most suitable match for you.
