Hopwood Hall College makes the Top 50 Inclusive UK Employers list
Hopwood Hall College has been shortlisted for The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers 2018/19, making it the second consecutive year the Middleton and Rochdale-based college has ranked in the top 50 UK companies after being ranked 10th in the 2016/17 list.
Where inside the top 50 the further education college is ranked will be announced at an awards ceremony hosted by Manchester’s Midland Hotel on 15th November. Last year, the only education-based organisation to rank higher than Hopwood Hall College was The Open University.
To be considered for the list, employers from across the UK must demonstrate the promotion of inclusion across all protected characteristics, this includes all strands of diversity such as age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, faith & religion; the definitive list focuses on representation at management, senior, executive and board level.
