Susan Ayres
Susan has worked in local government for the last 34 years and prior to retirement, was a member of the Economy Directorate’s Senior Management Team responsible for skills, employment, business support, the council’s contract with Rochdale Development Agency and the Council’s Employment Links Team. Susan was the link between Rochdale Council and GMCA for skills, employment and business support, including varied matters such as the Local Industrial Strategy, AEB commissioning and Digital Infrastructure.
Susan has previously held Governor roles in both a Primary and Secondary School.
