Martin salins

Martin joined the Hopwood Hall College Further Education Corporation on 1st September 2019.

Having worked in the Manufacturing, Offshore Oil & Consultancy sectors before spending the last 18 years in the Education sector, Martin is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) (CGMA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of IT. He also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and has a range of experience as a Lecturer, Curriculum Manager, Head of Faculty, Quality Manager and Finance Manager in FE colleges and training providers. Martin’s other qualifications are MEng (Hons) Engineering Manufacture & Management and MSc Software Design. Martin currently works freelance as a Finance Manager/Analyst.

In addition to being appointed as an Independent Members of the College Corporation, Martin also serves on the Corporation’s Employment & Finance Committee where his background in Further Education and his experience in accountancy can be used to good effect.

Martin’s ambitions for Hopwood Hall College are:
