After leaving Hopwood Hall College, Thomas joined one of the most highly regarded restaurants in Greater Manchester, Nutters, run by celebrity chef Andrew Nutter.

As a chef, Thomas is responsible for the pastry section and is proficient across all of the kitchen stations.
