- Health Care Assistant at the NHS
- Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship
Rida wanted to work in the NHS as she knew it as a reliable organisation where she could develop her career and help other people with her work.
An apprenticeship suited her needs as it gave her the opportunity to learn more from experience than textbooks and try different departments to settle on what exactly she wanted to do within the NHS.
“Doing an apprenticeship taught me the importance of being responsible in the work place. You can have all the knowledge, but without the skills you pick up in the work place I think it would be hard to succeed.”
