Adam is currently working for one of the most reputable establishments in Greater Manchester after studying Hospitality and Catering at Hopwood. It’s a fast-paced role – but one that he finds very rewarding.

Looking back at his time at the college, Adam has nothing but fond memories of the training he received at the Riverside Restaurant. He’ll happily admit that it was this experience which provided him with a sound knowledge of the industry and readied him for the workplace.

As well as discovering that the course was perfect in helping him into his desired career, Adam also got much more out of it. He says it was very fun and gave him the confidence he needed to chase his dreams.

“It is a very busy environment and there’s never a dull moment! It’s a high pressure career but if it’s what you want to do then it’s also rewarding, fun, provides a great amount of satisfaction and gives you confidence.”
