Sports Park
Located just off the M62 our Sports Park can cater for all major sporting events.
Our 3rd generation all-weather astroturf is fully floodlit, great to play on and is easy on the joints. It is available as a third or full pitch, and on a block booking basis. Many local teams and leagues are now making use of these excellent facilities as we boast some of the best surfaces in the area. The facility has excellent changing facilities, training room and free CCTV parking to accompany your booking. We also have four grass pitch playing areas and two rugby pitches. Local teams and leagues have now come on board to guarantee matches whatever the weather.
Grass pitches (Rugby and football)
Here at Hopwood Sport Park we have become well established as having some of the best pitches in the area and are used by all the major local teams leagues for training and match play. We are able to accommodate large organised events, leagues, tournaments, all in the grounds of Hopwood Hall College, Middleton. All bookings include Free CCTV parking, changing rooms and hot showers and at a small additional charge use of our team room if required for presentations, team talks or after game buffet.
All-Weather Kick Pitch
In addition to our other external areas we also have sand based kick pitch that is used by local junior teams and adults wishing to play 5 a side. It can also be used for Hockey (this is bookable through the Sport Arena and available on a block booking basis as required).
Training Rooms and Conference Facilities
Our training and conference rooms have been equipped with a host of teaching materials to help deliver training needs to students, community groups, schools and local organizations. We have the latest equipment that can help deliver a full and professional presentation for your team, workforce or class, all in the tranquil surroundings of Hopwood Hall College, Middleton. Children’s Sports Parties
For a period of 2 hours we provide all the equipment for all activities. This includes our training room and full use of our 3G Pitch and staff to help make your party as fun-filled as possible. Advanced booking is essential All facilities are subject to availability.
