An aerobics classThe following classes are available to both members and non-members.
Glenda School of Dance

Ballet / Street & Tap Dance is a wonderful form of low-impact aerobics. Traveling shimmies, percussive hip work, and sustained arm movements make it an excellent exercise choice. Great for meeting new people and includes special discount for students.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Legs, bums and tums mixes an aerobic warm-up and cutting edge fat burning lower body exercises and resistance exercises to target those famous troublesome areas.

Circuit Training

Helps improve your endurance/ stamina and muscular strength.

Box Fit & Abs

A fun empowering cardio workout which uses a variety of boxing moves combined with an ab blaster session which works on the mid section to help strengthen, tone and define the abdominal area.

Junior Soccer School

Develop your child's ability with us every Saturday. Progress into full team selection, safe & friendly environment with fully qualified coaches.

Zumba

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Tone raises the bar (or rather, the toning sticks). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Spinning

A typical class involves a single instructor at the front of the class who leads the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training. A well-trained instructor uses music, motivation and enthusiastic coaching to lead students through a ride that bests suits their fitness level and goals.

Community Football Sessions

Community Football sessions are free to College students are the local community, a great way to meet new friends in a safe and Friendly environment. Junior league coming soon.

Boot Camp

Bootcamps are aimed at people who want to lose weight and tone up in an enjoyable and light hearted environment. The bootcamps consist of cardiovascular, own body weight and resistance training exercises that will help to get the best results possible for you! They run in 6 week programs - one session each week.
