Sports Arena
Arena at Hopwood is one of the main sporting venues in the area.
Situated at the back of the Middleton campus, it is available to both curriculum and private members. We offer many different activities to cater for all walks of life from childrens parties to organised special events including badminton, football, health checks and functions. We also have a fully fitted and private members fitness suite which overlooks three large grass pitch playing areas and boasts state of the art Oxide technology.
Our conference/teaching rooms have been equipped with a host of teaching materials to help deliver training to students, community groups, schools and local organisations all which can be available at specially reduced rates.
Why not also take advantage of the fantastic 3G all weather facilities here at Hopwood Hall College Middleton, located just off the M62 our Sports Park can cater for all major sporting events.
In addition to our other external areas we also have sand based Kick Pitch that is used by local junior teams and adults wishing to play 5 a side. It can also be used for Hockey, this again is bookable through contacting the Sport Arena and available on a block booking basis as required.
