Middleton Site
Henry West Conference Suites
There are three conference rooms situated within the Henry West Building. The largest of the suites can accommodate up to 100 visitors ‘island style’ (cabaret) and up to 200 visitors theatre style. This room has full audio visual facilities including full data projection. Trainers can bring their own laptop, with lead or we can provide a lap top for portable disc use. The room is air conditioned. This is a first floor room with lift and stair access.
The other two conference rooms are situated on the ground floor adjacent to each other. Each one can accommodate 25 visitors boardroom style and a total of 35/40 visitors theatre style. Each room has full audio visual facilities including full data projection. Trainers can bring their own laptop, with lead or we can provide a laptop for portable disc use. The rooms are air conditioned. When availability permits the partition between the two rooms can be opened up to provide a larger venue. There is a separate entrance to accommodate visitors with a disability. Car parking is available on site and whilst it can be very busy during the College term time there is usually enough spaces in either the student/visitor car parks or the bus lanes on the main drive.
Rochdale Site
Conference Room
The ground floor conference room can accommodate 25 visitors boardroom style and a total of 35 visitors theatre style. This room has full audio visual facilities including OHP, screen, TV presenter and flipchart. The room is also networked to facilitate powerpoint presentations. Car parking is very limited on site especially during the College academic year but there are town centre car parks within easy walking distance.
Catering
Inclusive in our daily delegate rate is tea/coffee on arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon as well as a buffet lunch including drinks. Our standard buffet lunch consists of a selection of hot and cold buffet items as well as a selection of sweets. However, we can supply other choices at an additional charge.
Daily delegate rate is £15.00 inclusive of VAT.
Half day delegate rate including lunch is £10.00 inclusive of VAT.
