Additional Support
Hopwood Hall College is committed to student success and each individual is given the support and encouragement that they need.
To provide this level of support we have established a specialist team of Additional Support Co-ordinators (ASC). Their role is to assess and meet identified needs of students with physical disabilities, dyslexia, sensory impairment or learning support needs. Each student has very different needs so we try to help in the way that they would like, and provide as much support as possible.
When your son or daughter applies to us it is vital that Additional Support section of the application form is completed. This will ensure that a member of the ASC team is at their interview to assist them. When they start at the college, it is important that they talk to their tutor as soon as possible so that they know what kind of help they will get.
