Hours of Duty: 40 per week

Vacancy Description:

The role is to support and learn from the office manager with progression to the AAT qualification. An enthusiastic and articulate person who will form part of a succession plan with a view to develop in to the role of office manager.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Dealing with incoming calls as well as making outbound calls as required
  2. Handling correspondence
  3. Checking and dealing with emails from clients and customers
  4. Using office equipment such as scanner and photocopier (full training given)
  5. General filing duties
  6. Using Microsoft office to draft correspondence and reports
  7. Spreadsheet’s
  8. Other duties as required
  9. Good IT skills
  10. Working with and maintaining the in-house CRM system
  11. Engineers job sheets and time sheets
  12. Purchase orders
  13. Processing delivery notes
  14. Suppliers invoices

Qualification and Education Requirements:

GCSE A - C including Maths & English or equivalent to

Business and Administration Level 2 (or near completion)
