Clint Street has been a governor of Hopwood Hall College since 2002 and is also a member of the Audit Committee. Clint is Rochdale born and bred and has lived in Rochdale all his life. From leaving school he worked in the baking industry at management level.
Over many years he has been involved with the community and voluntary sector throughout the Rochdale Borough. He is one of the founding members of Birch View Tenant & Residents Association and also manages a community swimming project throughout the Summer for families from deprived communities.
Clint is Vice-Chair of Link4Life, the Borough's Leisure and Cultural Trust.
Clint has many interests art, music (classical to rock), theatre, reading, dog walking and sport (especially Manchester United which causes conflict with the Principal who's an Arsenal fan!).
